FALLS CHURCH, Va. — Triumph Dining, the nation's leading gluten-free publisher, has just released the third edition of "The Essential Gluten-Free Restaurant Guide." The edition is completely revised and updated, and features more than 4,700 restaurants across the country, an increase of 20 percent over last year.
The guide provides evidence that gluten-free restaurant dining is moving mainstream, with more than 800 restaurants added since the second edition. More than 900 restaurants and bakeries in the guide offer printed gluten-free menus or gluten-free specialty foods, such as pizza, pasta, bread, cakes or beer. More restaurants every year are growing aware of celiac disease and catering to gluten-free diners.
