Hardee's franchisee association teams with financial wellness provider

DailyPay, a provider of on-demand pay solutions, has partnered with the Independent Hardee's Franchisee Association as a silver level associate member.
The collaboration will allow IHFA members to offer DailyPay's financial wellness platform to their employees, according to a press release.
The partnership aims to improve the financial wellbeing of frontline Hardee's workers by providing them with access to their earned wages before payday. DailyPay contends this access can enhance employee recruitment, retention and productivity for Hardee's franchisees. Information about DailyPay will be available to franchisees through IHFA resources such as their newsletter and vendor directories.

"[IHFA] is a testament to DailyPay's mission to powering opportunities for workers everywhere, enabling them to achieve personal, work and financial goals."
