Hardee's in fight over Burger Chef name

St. Louis Post-Dispatch: A Chicago firm which revitalizes dormant brands and then runs them or licenses them is trying to gain control of the Burger Chef name. The company claims that Hardee's, which bought the Burger Chef chain in the mid-1980s, has abandoned the trademark.
