Chicago Tribune: A hearing-impaired woman from Lincoln, Neb., is suingMcDonald's Corp.for violating the federal American with Disabilities Act after she allegedly was denied service at one of the company's drive-throughs inNebraska.
The federal lawsuit says that the local McDonald's refused to let her order food at the drive-thru window, insisting that she either order at the electronic speaker or come inside to order.Click to continue
