Homeless man sues KFC manager

The Associated Press: A homeless man is suing the manager of a Kentucky Fried Chicken in Highland Park, Mich., who he claims doused him with boiling water.

Fifty-year-old Bill Zimmerman says he was panhandling outside the restaurant in July when Kimberly Mallory poured the water on him. The lawsuit seeks at least $25,000 and also names YUM! Brands and Kazi Foods of Michigan.
