Houston area gets 14th El Pollo Loco

The Houston-area suburb of Webster, Texas, is the latest location to welcome an El Pollo Loco location, this one on West Bay Area Boulevard, according to a news release. This is the city's first El Pollo Loco but the 14th in the Houston. 

The unit seats 64 and has an open kitchen and rustic Mexican-inspired furnishings.

To rally up some customers, the chain is giving new members who enroll in the restaurant's loyalty program a free Taco al Carbon, according to the release. 

El Pollo Loco has exclusive multi-unit franchise opportunities available for operators in Northern California, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma, according to the release.
