Packing your cooler with snacks and refreshing drinks is a staple of the lake experience, and we're thrilled to introduce something new, fresh, and exciting to the community."

"Opening this location has been a long time coming for our family, and my wife Kristen and our daughters Kloe and Poppy couldn't be more excited to be on this journey together," Jeremy Brown said in the release. We can't wait to serve the Cedar Creek Lake surrounding areas."

The Browns will offer free cups of tea from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on March 14. The celebration continues throughout the weekend with happy hour pricing, featuring a buy one get one free cup of tea available all day from March 14-15. Guests can also enjoy half-priced gallons of tea and buy one, get one free all Brewhouse coffee for the entire week of March 14 to March 21.

HTeaO has more than 150 locations and has a minor partnership with two Dallas-based private equity firms, Crux Capital and Trive Capital. The brand opened 36 stores in 2025.
