In-N-Out target of email hoax

CBS2 (Los Angeles): In-N-Out has been the target of an elaborate hoax by a creative scammer and spammer who sent multiple text messages and Internet mails suggesting the chain is offering 25 cent hamburgers as part of its upcoming 60th anniversary.
President Mark Taylor posted a message on the Irvine-based firm's Web page that said the company has "tried to keep its prices low to give our customers the greatest value. One of the ways we accomplish this is by not discounting, and our anniversary is no exception."
