In-N-Out to require doctor's note for employees wearing masks in 5 states

In-N-Out Burger will only allow employees with doctor's notes to wear masks in-store. The New York Post cited internal company emails leaked on social media and said the mandate affects employees in five states: Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas and Utah.

Employees who wear masks without a doctor's note could face disciplinary actions up to and including firing, according to an internal memo.

In-N-Out did not respond to press requests for comment.
