Indian firm buying Baskin-Robbins in India

IndiaTimes: Winds of change are blowing at the Indian arm of Baskin-Robbins, the world's largest chain of ice cream parlors. Ghai Enterprises which holds 60 percent stake in Maharashtra Dairy Products Manufacturing Co — the maker of Baskin-Robbins in India — is buying out three private equity funds which hold rest of the equity.
