Jack in the Box has brought the "cronut" to QSR. The company today introduced three new breakfast items, including the Meat Lovers and Grande Sausage Breakfast Burritos and the Croissant Donuts.
Both burritos are wrapped in a large Guerrero Tortilla and served with a side of fire-roasted salsa. They also include eggs and melted cheddar and pepper jack cheeses.
Jack in the Box's new Croissant Donuts combine the sweetness of a donut with the buttery flakiness of a croissant, according to a news release. They are served hot and are dusted with cinnamon sugar, and are available as a one or three-piece order.
"Starting your day right with a hearty breakfast is key, and we're proud to offer bigger and better menu items for our guests," Iwona Alter, VP of Menu Strategy & Innovation, said in the release. "Our new Breakfast Burritos and Croissant Donuts give our guests great new options – whether it's something savory or something sweet, we'll definitely make sure it's craveable and delicious."
Jack in the Box's new Breakfast Burritos and Croissant Donuts, along with the entire breakfast menu, are served all day at participating restaurants.
