Jack in the Box has completed a five-month rollout of Harri's workforce management platform across all 2,112 of its U.S. restaurants, the company announced in a news release. The rollout makes it one of the largest and fastest workforce technology implementations in the restaurant industry.

The deployment covered more than 70 franchise organizations and provides restaurant managers with scheduling and labor forecasting, proactive compliance monitoring and real-time labor optimization through a mobile-first platform. Harri also integrates with Jack in the Box's existing technology systems, including Qu, R365 and DnA.

The rollout was completed in three phases, beginning with mapping the operational needs of the company's franchise organizations, followed by a large-scale launch and system-wide optimization. "Our mandate was simple: make their lives easier and their decisions smarter. Harri delivered on both," Doug Cook, Jack in the Box's chief technology officer, said in a news release. "The ability to optimize labor deployment in real time, and eventually use that intelligence to build sales is exactly what we were looking for in a long-term partner."

Harri CEO and Founder Luke Fryer said the implementation demonstrates what can be accomplished when workforce technology is designed around the needs of restaurant managers. "What we accomplished together in five months is a testament to what's possible when you lead with that mindset," he said in the release.
