June 2, 2014

National Jack in the Box Franchise Association will join the Jack in the Box Foundation as co-title sponsor for the 24th Annual Jack in the Box Charity Golf Tournament to benefit the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. Additionally, the franchisee association will donate $25,000 to the organization to support its mission of “creating a brighter future for at-risk youth through positive relationships.”

“The National Jack in the Box Franchise Association represents franchise owners in communities around the country,” Anil Yadav, chairman of the National Franchise Association board, said in a news release. “As an association, our goals include giving back to our communities and Big Brothers Big Sisters is one of the most impactful organizations in the country. We are pleased to support this important annual fundraising event.”

In total, last year’s event raised $325,000 in partnership with supporters such as Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper.

Since 2005, the golf tournament has raised nearly $3 million, the release said.
