VanTrust Real Estate has sold a recently completed Anderson-DuBose warehouse in Jacksonville to an affiliate of US Realty Advisors for $66.9 million.

The 153,000-square-foot facility serves as a food-service distribution center for McDonald's restaurants in the region. According to city records, the original site-improvement cost was listed at $60 million.

The warehouse is among the few remaining rail-served sites in the Westlake Industrial Park, which is owned by Norfolk Southern. The park is served exclusively by a Norfolk Southern mainline and generates more than 160 carloads for the railroad annually.

To support the facility's opening and the creation of 109 jobs, Anderson-DuBose received public funding. In 2024, the Jacksonville City Council approved a $1.5 million incentive for the company's expansion into the city.

Based in Lordstown, Ohio, Anderson-DuBose has supplied paper and food products to more than 650 McDonald's restaurants across Florida, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia for more than 30 years.
