Jared Fogle's conversations secretly recorded

Jared Fogle talked about sex with minors in secretly recorded phone conversations.

New developments have come out in the story about former Subway sandwich chain pitchman Jared Fogle, who asked a federal judge Wednesday to accept his plea of guilty to charges of child pornography and traveling to solicit paid sex with minors.

According to CNN, Rochelle Herman worked undercover with law enforcement authorities to gather information on Fogle's comments and admissions about having sex with minors. She recorded conversations with him for the FBI.

Fogle was placed on home detention and must wear an electronic monitoring device. No date has been set for his next court appearance.

Subway has not commented on the case since it parted ways with Fogle on July 7.
