Jeremiah's Italian Ice has inked an area representative deal for a total of 36 locations across Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Madison and Birmingham, Alabama, are targeted as the first two openings, according to a press release.

The deal was signed with area representative group 3DN LLC owned by Jim Lenhard, Julius K. Love Jr., Ricky McKnight, William Raymond, and Raymond Paul Hudson.

"We have been fans of Jeremiah's in Orlando for years and have been waiting for the opportunity to be a part of an amazing brand and product," Jim Lenhard, one of the owners of 3DN LLC, said in the release. "Jeremiah's Italian Ice has an extremely large and loyal fan base in Florida, and it continues to grow throughout the south. The brand's company culture is an exciting factor for us, and the experience that our guests have when they come to our locations starts with how Jeremiah's treats and trains their employees. Simply put, we wanted to be part of something special."

"We are so happy to see our close-knit family expand in 2022, and the southeast region is the perfect place to do it," Jeremy Litwack, CEO and founder, said in the release. "As I look back on the last 25 years, I can honestly say I am humbled to be where we are today. We are incredibly honored that the 3DN Team has embraced our culture, brand, and product with such passion and dedication as to take this next step with Jeremiah's Italian Ice."

Jeremiah's has awarded more than 225 franchise units across more than 90 franchise groups since its launch in 2019 and projecting an additional 45 units open by year's end 2022 while continuing to expand its presence into new markets. The brand currently has 60 locations.
