Jollibee opens South Florida location

Jollibee will open in Pembroke Pines, Florida on Sept. 29 according to a press release. The move marks the company's first location is South Florida and the third in Florida overall.

Located at 11029 Pines Boulevard, Jollibee will be open seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, and offer indoor dining starting on opening day. The unit is operated by Honeybee Foods Corporation.

"Not only are we thrilled to finally bring our Chickenjoy and other Jollibee favorites to our many loyal fans who call South Florida home, but we also can't wait to introduce our brand to curious newcomers who want to experience the great-tasting food, happy moments, and the warm and friendly service that Jollibee is known for," Maribeth Dela Cruz, business group head for Honeybee Foods Corporation dba Jollibee, said in the release. "Pembroke Pines not only offers a central location and excellent accessibility to both Miami and Fort Lauderdale, but it also boasts a close-knit and friendly community, which has made it one of area's top residential destinations — and the perfect place to open our very first South Florida location."

Jollibee's Pembroke Pines store joins the brand's two existing Florida locations, Jacksonville and Tampa, and marks its 53rd store in the U.S. The company operates more than 1,400 restaurants worldwide.
