Jury weighs McDonald's case
October 4, 2007
The Associated Press: A Kentucky jury deliberated the case involving a strip-search hoax at a Mount Washington, Ky., McDonald's without reaching a verdict the first day.
After two hours of deliberations, jurors asked to review some of the evidence. While the judge allowed them to see a copy of the employee handbook signed by the plaintiff, he denied them a map showing other locations that received hoax calls and said security video of the search could be viewed after the other evidence, if questions remained.
