Kanye West to open Chicago Fatburger

Chicago Business: Hip-hop artist Kanye West's KW Foods LLC, which has rights to develop 10 Fatburgers in the Chicago area, plans to open its first area Fatburger next month in southwest suburban Orland Park.

A second will open in January 2009 in the Beverly neighborhood.
