Kelly's Roast Beef hits yearly goals, opening 7 restaurants in 2024

Massachusetts-based Kelly's Roast Beef ended the year strong, meeting the brand's expansion goals and seeing a significant increase in company revenue, according to a press release.

The brand has seven locations slated for a 2024 opening.

Kelly's was founded in 1951 in Massachusetts and has expanded to the Florida market. A busy location can sell upwards of 20,000 roast beef sandwiches a month. The brand estimates its units sell one million sandwiches a year.

"It was a busy year for Kelly's Roast Beef. Opening new locations in Massachusetts and Florida and signing franchise development deals to further expand our presence nationwide, all while dealing with a turbulent labor market and changing consumer habits with the increase of more off-premise dining," Neil Newcomb, CEO of Kelly's Roast Beef Franchising, said in the release.
