KFC eyeing South Carolina location

Kentucky Fried Chicken is hoping to open a Myrtle Beach, South Carolina location.

The QSR brand's proposal to open a 3,371-square-food store, with a drive-thru, is under review by the city's Community Appearance Board, according to a Post and Courier report.

The plans also call for a 24-foot outdoor sign.

The board will review the proposal on Aug. 5.
