KFC responds to Mel Gibson's spoof with its own

After the Academy Awards on Feb. 22, Jimmy Kimmel Live! debuted a spoof movie trailer featuring Mel Gibson as Colonel Sanders going to war to protect his secret recipe. KFC has responded with its own spoof, featuring the Colonel's take on several Gibson films, including trailers for Bucketheart and Lethal Tongs.
The National Post (Canada)reportsthat the KFC multimedia team had fun making the clip and purposely avoided making it look like an advertisement.
As of this morning, the Jimmy Kimmel spoof had more than 210,000 views on You Tube, and KFC's response received nearly 40,000 views after one day's posting.
