KFC sues supplier over flammable containers

The Courier Journal (Louisville, Ky.): KFC is suing supplier Paris Packaging of Paris, Texas, claiming its packages caught fire within 13-20 seconds of being placed in a microwave. KFC removed the containers from company and franchise stores earlier this year after consumers complained. In the suit, KFC claims Paris Packaging refused to take back the dangerous containers or reimburse the company for its costs. Click to continue
