KFC testing halal restaurants in London

MarketingWeek: KFC is this week testing a number of halal restaurants in London, company officials said.KFC will use its existing suppliers to stock its halal-approved chicken. At least eight restaurants will serve food approved by the Halal Food Authority.

The term "halal" refers to food prepared in accordance with Islamic law.
