Krispy Kreme franchise offers Donut Day juice giveaway

SEATTLE — Seattle-based Krispy Kreme franchise KremeWorks LLC is partnering with Crayons All-Natural Beverage Co. to celebrate National Doughnut Day on June 5 by offering a deal at Krispy Kreme stores in Washington, Oregon and Hawaii, the company has announced. With the purchase of two dozen Krispy Kreme donuts, customers will receive a 4-pack of Crayons functional fruit juice drinks through mid-July.
 
Crayons all-natural fruit juice drinks have been available in Krispy Kreme stores since 2008 and are a top seller. The drinks are available in a take-home 4-pack. Flavors include:
  • Bueberry-Raspberry Razzical
  • Fruit Punch 3PM
  • Tickled Pink Lemonade Thirst-C
  • Watermelon & Wild Berries Buff Bonz
  • Kiwi Strawberry Super-V
  • Outrageous Orange Mango D-Fense
National Doughnut Day started in 1938 as a fundraiser for the Chicago Salvation Army to help the needy during the Great Depression and to honor the Salvation Army "Lassies" who served doughnuts to soldiers in France during World War I.
