Krystal parent company appoints Tonya R. Robinson CFO

SPB Hospitality, parent company to Krystal and other concepts, has appointed Tonya R. Robinson as chief financial officer, according to a press release.

Robinson previously served as CFO of Texas Roadhouse Inc. from 2018 to 2023. She succeeds former CFO Jessica Hagler, who has departed the company.

"Tonya is a highly respected financial leader whose depth of experience in the restaurant industry will be invaluable to SPB," G.J. Hart, Chairman and CEO of SPB Hospitality, said in the press release. "Her financial acumen and real-world operational understanding will help us sharpen our strategy, strengthen our business and support the continued expansion of our brands."

As CFO, Robinson will oversee all financial functions for SPB Hospitality, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and capital management, as well as IT, licensing and legal, while also contributing to long-term strategic planning across the company's restaurant portfolio.
