LaNova Wings intros new line of cleaning products

BUFFALO, N.Y. — La Nova Wings, known for its fully cooked, heat-and-eat wings, announced the introduction of a new line of cleaning products specifically designed for the pizzeria operator.

 

"Grease Gobbler X-treme is the product we use in our pizzerias," said Joe Todaro, president of La Nova Pizza and cofounder of La Nova Wings. The company owns two of the busiest pizzerias in the nation. "We have found that it out performs anything we have ever used."

 

Grease Gobbler X-treme, a cleaner and degreaser, is USDA authorized for use on food-contact surfaces areas, biodegradable and contains no hazardous ingredients. Its many uses include cleaning deep fat fryers, backsplashes, kitchen counters, floors, walls, exhaust fans and filters.
