Lawyer: McDonald's warned employees of hoax

BusinessWeek: A lawyer for McDonald's Corp. said the fast-food company had policies in place and warned employees regarding a series of strip-search hoaxes across the country. The company is being sued by a former McDonald's employee in Mt. Washington, Ky., who was detained, strip-searched and sexually humiliated when a man claiming to be a police officer called the store where she worked.
