Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken heats up summer with Buffalo Collection

Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken is launching a menu lineup designed to tantalize taste buds with bold flavors. The "Buffalo Collection" features three spicy takes on Lee's classics: the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Buffalo Mac and Cheese Bowl and Buffalo Strips, according to a press release.

Available at participating restaurants nationwide from now until Aug. 12th, the Buffalo Collection adds a fiery twist to customer favorites.

The star of the collection is the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. This creation features a five-ounce chicken filet marinated in Lee's signature spices, hand-breaded, and then dipped in the brand's buffalo sauce.

For those seeking ultimate comfort food with a kick, the Buffalo Mac and Cheese Bowl offers a decadent experience. Hand-breaded chicken breast strips are coated in the buffalo sauce and generously piled on top of creamy macaroni and cheese.

Fans of Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken Strips can also enjoy the buffalo treatment by requesting them "buffalo style" in any combo, individual meal or snack size.

"Our buffalo sauce is a classic favorite, so we provided our guests one less step of having to add the sauce on themselves," Ryan Weaver, CEO of Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken, said in the press release. "Flavor trends continue to point to more heat, flavor and variety, and we are excited to bring exactly that with our new collection."
