Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken launches Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich

Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken is putting Mike's Hot Honey on its Spicy Chicken Sandwich for a limited time, according to a press release.

The Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich features a five-ounce chicken filet marinated in the brand's special blend of seasonings. It's then honey dipped and hand-breaded. It's served on a brioche bun and topped with a drizzle of Mike's Hot Honey.

"We love giving our guests new ways to experience the same authentic fried chicken goodness they've come to expect from Lee's over the years," Ryan Weaver, CEO of Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken, said in the release. "We're thrilled to partner with Mike's Hot Honey to bring their unique flavor to our guests. That sweet and spicy combination makes our already famous chicken sandwich even more special."

Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken operates more than 130 restaurants in 12 U.S. states and in Canada.
