Lion's Choice, a St. Louis-based quick-service family of restaurants, opened its 26th location this week in O'Fallon, Missouri.
"This is an exciting and dynamic community in St. Charles County, and we're thrilled to add another O'Fallon location to our family of restaurants," Mike Kupstas, CEO of Lion's Choice, said in a company press release. "Our newest restaurant will feature a look that pays homage to our past with a fresh look toward our future."
The 2586-square-foot location features a fresh and modern design, which includes a drive-thru and patio seating, Kupstas said. It has seating for 58 guests and has a special pickup area for guests, who place orders online using the Lion's Choice ROAR app. The dining room features tables and chairs made from reclaimed wood, as well as and a newly designed sauce bar where guests can customize their order with seven sauces, including Lion's Choice's famous horseradish sauce and au jus.
Founded in 1967, Lion's Choice has 23 company-owned and three franchised restaurants throughout the Saint Louis area.
