Lion's Choice opens with breakfast in St. Louis tech hub

St. Louis-based QSR Lion's Choice has opened in the Gateway City's innovation and tech hub, Cortex, on Clayton Avenue, a news release said. This is the first Missouri location to serve breakfast daily.

The location also offers catering services and features a special quick pickup area for guests who place orders online or by using the Lion's Choice app. 

"The energy and excitement in Cortex are contagious, and we're thrilled to be a part of the neighborhood," said Mike Kupstas, CEO of Lion's Choice. "Whether it's a quick cup of coffee in the morning or lunch catered for the whole office, our new location in Cortex is ready to welcome hungry guests looking for a quick and delicious meal, served with a smile."

The Cortex restaurant is Lion's Choice's third location to open in the greater St. Louis area in 2018. The other new restaurants are in O'Fallon, Missouri, and O'Fallon, Illinois. This expansion follows the recent announcement of the company's plan to open two restaurants in the Kansas City area later this year.
