Lion's Choice to open in Cortex

Lion's Choice, a St. Louis-based quick-service family of restaurants, will open a location this August in Cortex, St. Louis, according to a press release. 

"Cortex is one of the hottest areas in St. Louis, and we can't wait to bring our legendary sandwiches to this innovative community," said Mike Kupstas, CEO of Lion's Choice. "Creating the technology of tomorrow can't be done on an empty stomach, and we're excited to join such a dynamic and energetic part of the city."

Founded in St. Louis in 1967, the brand has 27 units.
