Long John Silver's offers Mardi Gras special

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Long John Silver's is promoting its new Freshside Grille Smart Choices offerings with a Mardi Gras special, the company has announced. The company is naming its special "Skinny Tuesday" for a new twist on the Fat Tuesday tradition.
On Feb. 24, Long John Silver's is offering its Freshside Grille Smart Choices under 350 calorie plates for just $3.50. Introduced in October, the Freshside Grille choices include Grilled Pacific Salmon, Grilled Tilapia and Shrimp Scampi, all with fewer than seven grams of fat and less than 350 calories. The Freshside Grille plates are available at all Long John Silver's restaurants for the regular price of $4.99.
