Long John Silver's plans menu revamp in 2014

Long John Silver's will roll out new menu items and bring back signature favorites in 2014. According to Louisville Business First, the menu revival is part of an effort to "rebrand as an inexpensive fast casual dining establishment."

New menu items will include dipping fish strips, baked cod platter and garlic and Asian sauces. Long John Silver's is also bringing back its lobster bites.
