Long John Silver's reduces dipping-related incidents

LOUISVILLE, Ky. —Long John Silver's has introduced new Parmesan Crusted Fish Bites, tender bites of Alaskan white fish, surrounded by a crispy breading with just the right amount of real Parmesan.

 

The seafood restaurant is marketing the menu item as a way to reduce dipping-related incidents (DRI). According to a news release, the DRI has become an everyday occurrence.
