MaggieMoo's Ice Cream and Treatery has introduced four new Halloween ice cream cupcakes. The new spooky but festive ice cream cupcakes include: Mummy
Cupcake, Eyeball Cupcake, Frankenstein Cupcake and the Jack-O-Lantern Cupcake. All cupcakes can be customized with any ice cream flavor, mix-in and topping.
