QSR Brands, the biggest QSR in Malaysia, is once again going for an initial public offering and has engaged two banks as advisors for the move, according to a Reuters report.
The report, which cited information from The Edge Weekly, stated that the controlling shareholder is Johor Corp., which runs KFC and Pizza Hut locations in the country.
The IPO, according to The Edge, could be worth upward of hundreds of millions of dollars.
