Bryan C. Wilson, 31, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, has been charged with five counts of video voyeurism after leaving a cellphone to record men and boys in the restroom of a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Louisville, WLKY TV reports.
The phone was found by a Chick-fil-A employee, who gave it to a manager, the report stated. The manager then turned the phone over to police.
According to an arrest warrant, Wilson placed his cellphone on a cabinet in the men’s restroom at the Chick-fil-A on Westport Road around 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 9. The warrant said Wilson intentionally placed the phone to capture video of the genitalia of men and boys using the urinal, the report stated. At least four boys and one male were recording urinating.
