McDonald's Angus burger U.S. rollout set for August
June 21, 2009
Chicago Tribune: McDonald's new one-third-pound Angus burger is scheduled to roll out in August, according to an internal company document obtained by the Chicago Tribune.
McDonald's began testing the burger in Southern California in March 2007 and later began selling it in New York and Columbus, Ohio. Made from a higher grade of beef than other McDonald's burgers, the Angus is the company's most expensive U.S. sandwich, priced at about $4.
