McDonald's Australia launches PR campaign to combat Fast Food Nation

The Age: The McDonald's Australia public relations team is conducting a nation-wide campaign that encourages consumers to ignore the negative publicity surrounding Fast Food Nation,which has nothing to do with the film's release in Australia next month. So they say.
 
McDonald's spokeswoman Sarah Gibbons said the campaign had been planned for more than six months. It had nothing to do with the film, which McDonald's dismisses on its Web site as a "fictionalized thriller."
