McDonald's bringing back McRib for another year

The McRib will return to McDonald's despite giving the menu item a "farewell tour" last year. The saucy sandwich is a fan favorite and will make a comeback in November, according to a Yahoo report.

"It turns out not everyone was ready to say goodbye to the McRib after last year's Farewell Tour," McDonald's said in a press release.

The McRib won't be available nationwide, but at participating McDonald's restaurants.

It first appeared on McDonald's menus in 1980 and has become a cult favorite.
