McDonald's, CEO lauded for recent turnaround

Chicago Sun-Times: The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Chicago will honor McDonald's on Feb. 19, giving it the Outstanding Corporate Growth Award for 2007-2008. The group will acknowledge the turnaround that began at the company in 2002. The chain increased sales on the strength of breakfast business, drive-thru operations and extended hours.
