McDonald's CEO says company is recession proof

Reuters: McDonald's Corp. CEO said the company is shielded against recession and has hardly been hit by the international financial crisis. The company continues to grow worldwide, especially in Europe.

Last month McDonald's results showed it growing faster than rivals as U.S. consumers visit fewer restaurants.
