McDonald's, CKE to participate in consumer conference

CARPINTERIA, Calif. and OAK BROOK, Ill. — CKE Restaurants Inc. and McDonald's Corp. each have announced the companies' participation in the RBC Capital Markets Consumer Conference in New York City, Oct. 2-3.
CKE will hold an open investor session Oct. 3 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time. Andrew Puzder, CKE president and CEO, and Ted Abajian, CKE executive vice president and CFO, will be present for investor questions. John Beisler, vice president of investor relations for CKE, also will be in attendance.
A live audio broadcast of the investor session and copy of the company's investor presentation used in conjunction with the session will be made available at www.ckr.com under Investors/Presentations.
McDonald's in panel discussion
A McDonald's U.S. owner/operator will participate in a panel discussion at the conference Oct. 2 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time. The panel discussion will be webcast live and will be available for replay for a limited time www.investor.mcdonalds.com.
