Moroch Partners announced it has won the Ohio Valley Co-op business for McDonald's following a national client-led strategic and creative review.
According to a news release, there were five agencies in the review. Moroch will handle the general consumer market business for the McDonald's Ohio Valley Co-op, which is comprised of local McDonald's franchisees. Moroch will be responsible for strategic planning, media planning and buying, creative and social.
"We met with many notable agencies across the country, but we were drawn to Moroch based on its track record with other co-ops," said Ryan Kramer, president, Ohio Valley Co-op for McDonald's. "Moroch's presentation and creative they presented was spot on and demonstrated they know our brand inside and out."
The Ohio Valley Co-op will be serviced out of Moroch's St. Louis office, where seven other McDonald's markets are also serviced. Creative is set to begin in early March.
"We are thrilled to add another co-op to our roster and further develop our relationship with McDonald's," said Rob Boswell, president of Moroch Partners. "The Ohio Valley is a terrific market that we know well and are looking forward to utilizing our field offices to provide a more localized approach to the consumer."
Moroch services nearly 40 percent of local co-op McDonald's business within 62 markets, the release said.
