McDonald's complaints on the rise

Globe and Mail: The number of people calling McDonald's customer complaint hotline grew in 2006, rising to an average 20.1 complaints per 100,000 guests at company-owned stores, up from 18.5 complaints per 100,000 guests the previous year. Problems with order accuracy accounted for about one fourth of the total number of complaints.
