McDonald's denies wrongdoing in cheese allergy suit

Charleston(W.Va.) Daily Mail: McDonald's denies any wrongdoing and believes it owes nothing to aMorgantown,W.Va.man who claims to have had a severe allergic reaction to the cheese melted on what he says should have been a cheese-less hamburger.
 
McDonald's filed an answer to the lawsuitfiled by Jeromy Jackson, his mother, Trela Jackson and his friend, Andrew Ellifritz.
