In light of recent controversies, McDonald's is once again out to prove itself by talking about eggs, according to Business Insider.
The company has produced a video showing the inside of a Michigan poultry factory to inform customers that the company does indeed use real eggs. The factory cleans, cracks, and packages eggs for Egg McMuffins, McGriddles, biscuit sandwiches and other items.
The eggs, according to the article, arrive from nearby hen houses within 24 hours of being laid.
The video is the latest in a series of installments by McDonald's on its cooking practices.
