McDonald's issues quarterly dividend

McDonald's board of directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 77 cents per share of common stock payable on Sept. 17 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 3.

The company will release second quarter results before the market opens on July 22.
